Read Before You Buy


It is important to note that we are not like many other typical HOA communities you may come across. While we are a thriving community there are certain restrictions that do not conform to every prospective homeowner. Below are a few disclaimers ALL real estate agents and potential buyers need to know well in advance of considering buying in the community:


  • Residents MUST park in their garage, NO EXCEPTIONS. Most homes here have a 2 car garage. If you have 2 vehicles, you must park BOTH vehicles in your garage.
  • If you have more than 2 cars, you can apply for an annual parking permit through our security patrol company for a 3rd vehicle.
  • If you have more than 3 cars, you would not be allowed to have a 4th vehicle on-site.
      • This means, if you have 4 or more cars, you will run into issues living in this community. It was not originally designed to house many vehicles.
      • If you are a real estate agent, you are obligated to disclose this information to all of your prospective clients looking to buy here.
