Board Meetings

All board meetings are conducted on the 2nd Monday of every calendar month unless otherwise posted. Agendas are posted 4 days in advance at the designated posting location which is the on-site Country Road HOA Community Clubhouse bulletin board window.

The board meetings are held at the on-site Country Road HOA Clubhouse located at 585 Country Lane Brea, CA 92821.

The open board meetings begin at 7:30 PM and are open to all homeowners who wish to attend and discuss and keep apprised of community matters. Please remember to RSVP in advance if you plan on attending the meetings. You will be asked to sign-in when you enter.

All homeowners are sent in advance an invitation notice to the recurring board meetings via the Appfolio portal calendar of events.

Tenants are NOT allowed at any meetings unless it involves a disciplinary matter AND the homeowner is present as well (at the Board's discretion).
