Frequently Asked Questions
There are multiple ways to submit a maintenance request. However, the best way to submit a maintenance request is by submitting directly to info@countryroadhoa.com. Please include the following information in your request:
1. Your full name
2. Your unit address
3. Photos of item(s) that require maintenance (if applicable)
4. A way to contact you (if we have follow-up questions)
If you have an urgent request that is time sensitive, please send a text message to 714-831-7135 and someone will get back to you promptly. You are still encouraged to email the urgent request to info@countryroadhoa.com for documentation purposes. Do NOT call or text the number if it is not a true emergency. The following events constitute an HOA maintenance emergency:
1. Main line water burst (broken sprinkler heads are not emergency items)
2. Large tree branch obstructing a road or walkway or otherwise causing major property damage
3. Major active roof leaks
If your emergency constitutes a fire, injury, burglary, or the like YOU MUST CALL 911 FIRST, NOT THE HOA OFFICE.
Please note that we are a PUD community, NOT CONDOMINIUMS. Therefore, the homeowner vs. HOA maintenance responsibilities are distinct and clarified in our CC&R's and community guidelines. If you are a homeowner you may call the office during business hours and request a copy of the Maintenance Responsibility Matrix at info@countryroadhoa.com
Please call the office during business hours to help setup your Appfolio homeowners portal for hoa dues payments. You may also submit checks by mailing them to the following mailing address:

Clubhouse rentals are only permitted to residents and members of the community. You may contact the office during business hours at 714-529-5019 or submit an email request to info@countryroadhoa.com for more information on availability and booking procedures.
