Instructions for ordering HOA Documents:

  • All fees must be paid in advance. We accept check and money order. We do NOT accept card or cash.
  • Once payment is made in advance, we will prepare the documents for you, and they will be ready depending if a rush order was placed.
  • Once the documents are prepared, we will inform escrow that the documents are ready for pick-up.
  • HOA documents must be either picked up by a courier, or a Fed-Ex label must be provided in advance
  • If you opt for Fed-Ex pickup, you MUST schedule pick-up at the HOA on-site office, and the pick-up must be scheduled during our business hours.
